A dedicated fitness specialist and certified Pilates instructor, she brings a unique perspective to healthcare innovation. As a cancer survivor, her journey inspired the creation of I am Still Alive. Her passion for wellness, resilience, and community-driven solutions fuels the mission of I am Still Alive to transform oncology and radiotherapy education globally.

Dr. Patel has 17 years of experience having worked across a vast variety of practice settings and healthcare institutions with diverse and distinctive work cultures including Yale New Haven Hospital, Waterbury Hospital, Veteran's administration, UConn John Dempsey Hospital, St. Francis Hospital, Hartford Hospital, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Mass General Hospital, Dana Farber Institute, UPenn Cancer Center, University of Wisconsin Radiation Oncology, St Mary's Hospital, Bristol Hospital, June E Nylen Cancer Center, UnityPoint Health, Radiation Oncology Centers of Nevada, Summit Healthcare Cancer Center, and several other standalone clinics. In his new role as the Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer for I AM STILL ALIVE, LLC, Dr. Patel brings to the firm a unique wealth of knowledge and experiential wisdom associated with oncologic care and broader healthcare. Dr. Patel has received over 400 patient-verified 5-star written reviews by his patients all over the country.
Dr. Patel is a dreamer and aspires to transform the entire landscape of cancer care education and services globally in a way that no human or animal is ever left behind without state-of-the-art cancer care close to their homes. He has focused his entire career on innovations and product development leveraging AI and Statistical Machine Learning. He has held leadership roles in leading multinational technology companies and in globally renowned universities as a faculty member.
